Welcome to GPXLAB ("the Application"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Application. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Application.

By using the Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Use of the Application

The Application allows users to edit and manipulate GPS tracks. You may use the Application for personal and commercial purposes. You must not use the Application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Application, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Application allows you to upload, edit, and manipulate GPS tracks ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Application.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to upload or share User Content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Application. By using the Application, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application, including but not limited to its design, graphics, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Application without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the Application.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting, and your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
